Raw material, capacity and control all in one place

Dankalk produces and supplies lime to customers in Denmark and the rest of Europe. Our lime is widely used in industry, energy, the environment and agriculture – including for combined heat and power plants, concrete and asphalt production, sewage treatment plants and agricultural purposes.

Our customers share the need for stable deliveries, consistent quality and technical support that is consistent. That is why we have chosen to work closely with the raw material and maintain full control over the entire value chain – from limestone quarry to finished, valuable and solid product.

Strategically placed limestone quarries

Dankalk has extensive lime areas at Aggersund, where the lime quarry extends over approximately 300 hectares. In addition, we operate a lime quarry in Mjels near Aalborg, which supplements production and ensures flexibility, security of supply and access to raw materials with uniform properties.

This combination allows us to adapt production to different applications and customer requirements. Whether the focus is reactivity, particle size or purity, Dankalk has a solution.
